About 36 Virtual
I help people turn real skills into real income — through workshops, websites, and hands-on freelance work.

I'm Felicia Bowling, founder of 36 Virtual. I've been freelancing for seven years. I started in 2018 with no website, no marketing plan, and no clue what I was doing. By 2021, I was making six figures, all from one platform.
Before any of that, I spent 17 years in an insurance office. I didn't realize the admin and customer service skills I was using every day could build something of my own. Once I figured it out, everything changed.
Today I'm still an active freelancer, providing executive and operational support to creative founders. I also build websites for small businesses, teach hands-on workshops, and coach women through the early days of their freelance careers. Based in Leonardtown, Maryland. Everything I do comes from real experience, not theory.
My flagship workshop, Freelancing 101, is a two-hour, hands-on session where women build a real freelancer profile and learn how to start landing paying virtual assistant clients. Small groups, real coaching, and you leave with actual work done — not a to-do list.
I design and build custom websites for small businesses — modern, clean, and built around how you actually work. No templates, no bloat. I also build custom dashboards and client portals that pull your business info into one place. Want to see? Check out my recent work.
I'm an active, top-rated VA providing executive and operational support to creative founders. I'm currently fully booked and not taking new clients — but this hands-on work is exactly what I teach from in every workshop. Everything I share comes from real, ongoing experience in the field.
